Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
